About Us
Passionate about authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Paris
Our Mission
Best Pho in Paris was born from a deep love for Vietnamese cuisine and the vibrant food culture of Paris. Our mission is to guide both locals and visitors to the most authentic and delicious pho experiences the city has to offer. We believe that great pho is more than just a meal – it's a window into Vietnamese culture, tradition, and the art of creating perfect harmony in a bowl.
Our Selection Criteria
Each restaurant in our ranking has been carefully evaluated based on several key factors: authenticity of flavors, quality of ingredients, richness and depth of the broth, freshness of herbs and garnishes, overall dining experience, and value for money. We visit each establishment multiple times and consider feedback from the Vietnamese community in Paris to ensure our recommendations truly represent the best pho experiences.
Our Story
Founded by food enthusiasts who have traveled extensively through Vietnam and fallen in love with its culinary traditions, Best Pho in Paris began as a personal quest to find the most authentic Vietnamese flavors in the French capital. What started as a hobby became a passion project to share these hidden gems with fellow pho lovers. Paris's 13th arrondissement, known as "Little Saigon," serves as our inspiration and starting point for this culinary journey.
